We use current popular music so you can really lose yourself in the music while exercising. Bokwa® Step & Up is an innovative approach to traditional step aerobics. In Bokwa, participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while moving together to popular music. In Bokwa® Step & Up, the same concept holds true! As you progress through each of the Bokwa® Step & Up movements, the letters, numbers and signature moves remain consistent with all other Bokwa® programs. In Bokwa® Step & Up, we have taken pride in maintaining the integrity of the Bokwa® letters and numbers, while incorporating a step.
STRONG by Zumba™
